People, Plants, and Pigments

Where does our rain water go? Can I make art from nature? How do plants grow? Students explore these questions and the natural world in People, Plants, and Pigments. Students will use natural dyes and pigments to create unique artwork. They will create model watersheds that demonstrate water run off. They will explore plant growth with creative terrariums. Students will also explore the properties of wind with kinetic sculptures.kinetic
