If you are ever on Facebook, please do visit our page and “like” us. We’re trying to get 1000 “likes” by August!
This is not just an idle exercise – the number of people signed up for our newsletter or “liking” us on facebook is used as a measure of our reach by funders. An organization that can boast a huge number of “like”s on facebook is considered a better value for funding than an organization which has only “likes” in the low double digits. And truthfully, if all else were equal, which one would you give your money to?
This isn’t the only way we are judged – but it is one of them. Please help us “go viral”!
