OPENING DAY!!!!
RIMOSA new site, located on 763 Westminster St. in Providence, will be officially opening on Saturday June 10th. Our admission for the day will be free but donations are appreciated. We look forward to seeing you all there. Our hours for the remainder of the summer are Thursday and Friday 1 pm-5 pm and Saturday and Sunday 12 pm-5 pm.

Is to kindle curiosity and encourage experimentation. Or, more officially, The Rhode Island Museum of Science and Art merges art and science creating innovative, interactive exhibits and programs that awaken curiosity, encourage experimentation, and improve understanding of the world around us.

Although our focus is towards older children–too old for children's museums, but too young to have lost the desire to tinker, experiment and create–our open-ended, hands-on exhibits are engaging, fascinating, and fun for all ages!

RIMOSA is happy to announce that we have a site! We now share a space with fellow non-profit organization, Inspiring Minds at 763 Westminster St Providence, RI. We are currently setting up our exhibits and will open in June to the public! RIMOSA is still running programs with our partners around RI and will be very busy this summer with library programs and community camps.
